Of the subscribers that responded to our survey, 91% were employed by independents and 9% by majors. In answering whether our respondent's companies have become more risk adverse in recent years, 19% indicated their company had become significantly more risk adverse, 36% responded that it had slightly, and 45% believed their companies had not changed at all. In answering whether the company's more risk adverse strategy had improved stability and growth, 32% believed the new strategy had absolutely improved stability and growth, 41% indicated that no change was evident, and 27% indicated that stability and growth had deteriorated. I sincerely appreciate the willingness of those who have responded to our survey questions and hope that a review of the results has proved to be informative.
