- CEC Energy Consultants adds Information Technology expertise
of Les Seibert, with 28 years experience in providing Information
Technology Services to the oil and gas industry. With his strong
business background, real energy and Information & Technology experience
Mr. Seibert has evolved a unique broad-based “Energy/Technology”
perspective that insures rapid, accurate and efficient problem resolution.
During acquisition and merger activities, extensive downtime and
inefficiencies are experienced by the land, administrative and accounting
staffs of most mid-sized independents, primarily due to personnel
that are pulled off weekly and monthly responsibilities to assist
in the integration of the newly acquired properties or companies.
Most often accounting, engineering, land and administration systems
are different, and many man hours are required to integrate the
new properties into existing systems. Through Mr. Seibert, CEC
Energy Consultants provides its clients with the ability
to seamlessly integrate newly acquired property data into the acquiring
company’s systems without taking any personnel away from existing
duties and responsibilities. That means no downtime or loss of revenues
from existing operations and immediate integration of newly acquired
properties for timely joint interest billing, quicker division order
processing, accurate reserve assessment and analysis of newly acquired
properties and most importantly, minimal time delay in realizing
the impact of the newly acquired revenue streams.
