ENGINEERING: Technical production, petrophysical
and reservoir engineering, with experience in drilling, completion,
remedial and re-completion evaluation and design as well as production
and reserve forecasting

operations in all major basins in the United States and Canada
MARKETING: Oil and gas marketing as well as hedging
commodity pricing and interest rates in conjunction with implementing
and monitoring an overall corporate risk management program
RISK MANAGEMENT: Analyzing drilling and acquisition
prospects assessing appropriate risk profile to allow for high-grading
investment opportunities and minimizing risk exposures
ASSESSMENT: Analyzing corporate engineering and
economic assessments associated with corporate property and pipeline
acquisitions and mergers in the United States and Canada
FORMATION EVALUATION: Formation evaluation techniques
using drill-stem testing and state-of-the-art mud log/electric log
and petrophysical evaluation techniques for maximizing drilling/completion
cost effectiveness, and for making competent formation evaluations
to identify investment opportunities in producing, behind pipe or
abandoned properties
TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER: Engineering and Operations
